  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ pounds of beef liver, cut into two
Preheat the oven up to 175 degrees C. Put the liver in to a food processor and smash into small fine pieces. Mix the eggs and flour and pour it into the processor.   • 2 cups cooked brown rice.

  • 1/8 tsp. iodized salt
